Advantages Of A Part Time Job

For the past couple months,I’ve been working part time at a store at my local mall. Being that I’m a college student, I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be to be a student and employee. I decided to give it a shot, and I’m happy to say that I’m glad I did. My boss is understanding and lets me basically choose the hours and days I work. I honestly don’t know what I did all day before I had a job. Having a few hours of work lets me have a reason to not sleep the day away and get lazy. I feel much more structured, and I have a schedule. I know that I have to come home and do homework at a normal time, or else I won’t get enough sleep. My co workers have become my friends, and I even have fun at times at work. And then of course having my own cash doesn’t exactly upset me. I would strongly suggest getting a part time job to any college student. Trust me, you won’t regret it as long as you have an understanding boss like mine.
